- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number and email;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
3. Designated agent

4. IP complaints (UK and international)
Rights holders outside the United States may submit complaints with the same information substance as above. We accept complaints relating to copyright, trademarks, design rights, database rights and other forms of intellectual property, and will treat them consistently across jurisdictions.
Send complaints to ip@careosp.com.
5. Counter-notice
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and its location before removal;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which ITLOX may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
We will forward counter-notices to the original complainant and may restore the material unless the complainant files a court action within 10 business days.
6. Trademark complaints
Reports of trademark infringement should include the registered trademark, jurisdiction and registration number (where applicable), a description of the alleged infringement and its location on careos platform, and contact information. Send trademark complaints to ip@careosp.com.
7. Repeat infringer policy
ITLOX maintains a policy of suspending or terminating the accounts of Authorised Users and, where appropriate, Customers who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights. Repeated confirmed infringement will be grounds for termination for cause under the Terms of Service.
8. False claims
Submitting a materially false takedown notice or counter-notice can result in legal liability. Please consider seeking legal advice before submitting a notice if you are unsure whether the material you are complaining about is infringing.
9. Anti-circumvention
careos platform relies on technical measures to protect intellectual property and ensure data integrity. Customers and Authorised Users must not circumvent or attempt to circumvent any such measures, including digital rights management or licence enforcement, except as expressly permitted by law.
10. Relationship with other policies
This notice operates alongside the Terms of Service, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Privacy Policy. Where content is alleged to be both infringing and a breach of the AUP, ITLOX may act on either basis.
